My name is Ventrice, best known as Trice. I am a mother of five children and a self-taught solo cake artist based out of Queens, New York. Born in Germany, raised in Jamaica, New York. I fell into the baking industry in 2013 when I needed to get a cake for my son's first birthday party. I ended up having to partner with my sister. Just 'winging it'. we made the cake ourselves, and the cake turned out well for the first time. After that, she started asking me to make their cakes for all their events.
I attended Star Academy Culinary School a couple of years after starting my cake decorating journey, where I became a culinary chef. I am working on opening a bakery in the near future.
I am known for my delicious cake flavors and my cake artistry skills. However, my specialty is sculpting cakes. I take pride in all my masterpieces. My cakes are truly Next Level cakes, and Next Level taste. After mastering cakes and cupcakes, I have added many other varieties of treats to my menu.
