Refund/Exchange:

I take pride in making amazing custom treats to fit your needs and wants. If I did not meet your expectations and you are unhappy with your order, you can contact me within 24 hours of pick-up/ delivery to discuss the issue and concerns. If we come to the agreement to return or exchange, you MUST RETURN the FULL item that is in question so your product can be replaced or whatever was agreed upon. Without the return of the item, no correction can be made.

Returns

1.Custom orders are not eligible for refunds and deposits are non-refundable. 2. In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance such as a natural disaster like a tornado, etc., resulting in the shutdown of the city, your order will be held and will be available for another day. 3. If you've paid your deposit and no longer need your item(s) and are canceled within the appropriate time frame, you may put the paid amount towards a future order. 4. In the event the baker must cancel the order with no fault of the customer, you will be refunded 100% of what was paid.

**We have the right to judge our products' quality ourselves and determine the amount that can be refunded.

Cancellations.

Items may be canceled no later than 10 days in advance. Customers that have canceled less than 10 days in advance will forfeit payment and will not be eligible to receive credit for future orders.

All ordered items are subject to be posted on social media platforms. Please communicate with us if you do not want your personalized item(s) with your face posted on social media platforms.
